Built with AI
Intro

Flux

Run a raise like a discipline, not a scramble. The editorial workbench fundraising teams use to track every grant, score every document, and ship every application.

The itch

Why I built it

Grants live in spreadsheets nobody updates after Tuesday. Decisions get lost between application and award. I wanted a workbench that treated a raise as a discipline — a pipeline you can read in thirty seconds, with the deadline that decides the quarter sitting at the top.

The making

How it came together

Grant pipeline with inline editing, daily discovery scans against your niche and region, an AI advisor that grades pitch decks, financials, and impact reports for readiness, plus tasks with @-mentions and a built-in financial model. The hard work is the scoring layer — what makes a deck "ready" is judgment, not a checklist, so most of the work went into teaching it where the bar sits.

The takeaway

What it taught me

Ops tools fail when they become forms. Flux works because the scoring takes the typing and the rote judgment off your plate, leaving the team to make the calls that actually need a human.
